Suntory Tennensui natural mineral water originates as snowmelt from the Kaikomagatake mountains in the Southern Alps. Here the rock is covered with granite and the water is cleansed by the crystals in the granite. This in turn produces a crisp and refreshing taste. The water percolates from underground and is bottled at the Suntory Tennensui Hakushu Plant which covers a vast site of 250,000 acres.This natural, pristine environment encompasses a bird sanctuary. Wild birds are very sensitive to changes in the quality of the region's water and therefore a good barometer to the preservation of the subterranean source.
The water is drawn from the underground source and then filtered but without affecting the natural mineralization. It is considered to be a balanced mineral water which is delicious to drink and also enhances the taste of tea and coffee.
To create a transparent beverage that combines the tang of yogurt along with a refreshing finish, we focused on whey, which is derived from milk and contains minerals and amino acids. We carefully blend the fermentation lactobacillus of whey in
