— You'll note sometimes the tape you receive has small gaps in the sides. See photos. This doesn't pose a problem in using it; however, I contacted Tesa about it.   I was informed that the gaps occur due to fluctuations in temperature.  Generally this is being caused by the tape being in a hot warehouse or delivery truck during the shipping process across the United States.
— The Tesa 4289 tape is new and the latest from the factory.  I receive regular shipments from the Tesa factory in Michigan, so you are receiving the newest tape I get.
— If you think that this will bother you, please don't purchase it.  If you do order the tape and don't like it - you can either return it and I'll replace it with the best looking roll I have or I can issue you a refund.
— Returns will be accepted within 30-days of the original order date and must be unused, in the original packaging (if/where applicable) and undamaged.  All returns are less shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
